Summer Snack Vibes: Frozen Yoghurt Trail Bites

Quick, easy and perfect for the pool, a beach day, or just vibing with mates.

You’ll Need:

  • Greek yoghurt (or plant-based alternative)

  • Mixed berries (fresh or frozen)

  • A handful of granola or crushed Weetbix

  • A drizzle of honey or maple syrup

  • Optional: a sprinkle of chia seeds or choc chips

How To:

  1. Mix yoghurt with a little honey or syrup.

  2. Stir in berries and granola.

  3. Spoon into mini cupcake cases or an ice cube tray.

  4. Freeze for at least 2 hours.

  5. Chuck ‘em in a little container or zip-lock bag and bring them along—they’ll slowly thaw into icy, chewy bites of yum.

Pro tip: wrap them in a cloth or pop them next to a frozen drink bottle to keep cool.
